On Friday afternoon before Mother鈥檚 Day, the Reception students shared a lovely time with their mum or another important family member.
We began by singing a special song and reading a story about how precious mums are and how thankful we are for their love and care. The children were then excited to participate in a variety of activities and experiences set across the two Reception classrooms.
Together with their Mum, our students enjoyed making bath salts, giving hand scrubs and cleanses, sharing gentle back massages, decorating biscuits, creating afternoon tea with playdough, and even designing their own signature scent perfumes.
We thank God for our Mums and for the special people in our lives. We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend this meaningful time together.
