Sport is an integral part of 榴莲视频直播鈥檚 extra-curricular program. Building on our Physical Education program, it offers extra opportunities for skill development and living a healthy, active lifestyle.

Playing sport helps broaden school friendship groups and helps to develop life skills such as independence, communication, leadership, teamwork and taking personal responsibility.

榴莲视频直播 is highly successful in a range of sports, entering teams in state-wide competitions in sports such as basketball, netball and volleyball. Our basketball program has had a particularly proud history, having won several state school boys鈥 championship titles. In recent years, our volleyball program has been steadily building with a number of excellent results, including three consecutive Senior Girls鈥 premierships.

This sporting excellence is underpinned by our emphasis on participation. Students of all abilities are encouraged to participate in at least one of our many sports. We offer programs for both first time players and the more experienced.

Primary School Sport

Junior Primary Students have the opportunity to play different sports with a focus on developing new skills. The聽Have-a-Go program at our St John's Campus offers basketball, chess, cricket, football (Auskick), soccer, tennis and t-ball.聽The Kelly Sports program at our St Peters Campus聽offers basketball, football, hockey and netball.

Students in Years 2 to 6 can take part in summer and winter sports such as basketball, chess, cricket, football, netball, softball, soccer, tennis and volleyball.

Middle and Senior School Sport

Middle and Senior School students compete in inter-school competitions. Girls' sports include athletics, basketball, cricket, cross country, football, hockey (mixed), netball, soccer, swimming, tennis and volleyball. Boys' sports include athletics, basketball, cricket, cross country, football, hockey (mixed), soccer, softball, swimming, tennis and volleyball.

Students can also compete in sports such as table tennis, golf, triathlon and orienteering via independent associations.
